About Us
Created by a Group of Friends wth the idea to practice Martial Arts with the highest standards and seriousness. A "Dojo" was created, and they began to train FULL CONTACT Karate Kyokushin, Shotokan, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, and Cardio Kickboxing For Women. CARDIO KICKBOXING is an hour and 1/2 of intense circuit training, burning up to 900 calories per class. The techniques used during this class, use conventional heavy bags, training pads, boxing gloves, and kickboxing pads with different combinations of techniques, kicks, punches, blocks, knees, and elbows to give you an EXTREME workout!
